Show Price on Quantity Discount Grid mod

Brief Summary

This modification for ProductCart 3.51 & 4 revises the display of quantity discount grids to show the actual price of a product at each threshold rather than the savings.

By default, ProductCart displays a quantity discount grid with quantity thresholds in one column and the amount or percent saved in the other column. This display is not user-friendly as it forces the customer to do math in their head to figure out what a product would actually cost at any given quantity threshold.

This modification changes the display of the grid to show what a product would actually cost at any given quantity threshold, providing your customers with a more user-friendly display.

This modification returns actual prices no matter whether the discount structure was based on price or percentage discount.

System Requirements

Available for ProductCart V3.51 and above. This mod may not work on earlier versions of ProductCart. It is compatible with stores running the Apparel add-on, though product options which may decrease the base price of the product are not accounted for.

This installation is a minor modification to the original source code. It should take ~ 5 minutes to install.

This modification will be overwritten by any version updates from Early Impact. However, we have made it very simple to re-customize in such an event. Web Merchant Services makes every effort to isolate the core code of its add-ons and mods from being overwritten by Early Impact upgrades. We try to keep the time to reinstall to ~ 10 minutes, making it really simple to do again if necessary.
